Landberg has already successfully perfected this concept using the Wildkogel Resorts formula, and are now doing this for the third time with the DAS Neukirchen resort. Enjoy yourself the whole year round
DAS Neukirchen will be built at a top location in Neukirchen, in one of the most popular holiday regions in Austria. Less than 100 metres from the lift of the Wildkogel Arena, only 10 minutes from the Kitzbüheler Alps and 15 minutes from Zillertal Arena. You can enjoy all these ski areas with a single ski pass! This all adds up to hundreds of kilometres of skiing fun, until late in the spring. Neukirchen itself is a renowned winter sport village. It is right next to all the action and features all facilities needed for a pleasant stay. It is also home to the world’s longest illuminated toboggan track, which measures over 14 kilometres!
Outside the winter sport season, Neukirchen and its surroundings are a fantastic setting for a welcome break. The extremely beautiful nature of Nationalpark Hohe Tauern is the perfect environment for amazing walking, bike, canoe or motorbike excursions. Would you prefer to play golf? You will find 5 courses within an hour’s drive, with the closest located just 10 minutes from the resort. The lively Zell am See, the fashionable Kitzbühel, the Krimmler waterfall and the Kaprun glacier... everything is located close to your second home.
