Our neighbouring regions – Kitzbühel, Kaprun and Zell am See – all have a very strong focus on the wintersports market and international investors. Landberg and the Oberpinzgau region have chosen a different route.

We love skiing as much as anyone. But we live here, too, and we want to enjoy this beautiful region all year round. That is why, together with the local authorities and local people and decision-makers, we are aiming to make the region a flagship for sustainable tourism and an attractive yearround destination.
It's a strategy that will please not just locals and visitors, but investors too. This is where our roots are, and this is where we want to bring our flagship projects to life – projects that will help define the region and reflect our core values of sustainability, local culture and social cohesion.
